He launched his career in the entertainment industry as a fashion model modelling with model agencies all over the world..

He made the smooth move into musical theatre by walking in the wrong audition room by mistake on his way to a TV commercial at the Pineapple Studios he ended up auditioning for a show and landed the lead role Joe Soap in Hotstuff at the Haymarket  theatre in Leicester

Roger went on to perform leading roles in many smash hit West End musicals….

He was the very first man to play the Adult Simba in the original West End cast of The Lion King…
