Roger joined Models one in London in 1989 he modelled successfully for ten years internationally…he was with top model agencies in London, New York (Wilhelmina), Milan (Beatrice), Paris (Karins) and Miami (Katins).

During his earlier modelling days he regularly did covers and posters for teenage magazines such as Just Seventeen, Mizz and 19, hewas also a More Mag pin up model.

Roger Wright was one of the first black male models to be used in UK magus such as Arena, Sky, The Face, Luomo, Vogue, FHM and Cosmopolitan. He also wa a pioneer by breaking through to shoot for companies such as Next, Freemans and Littlewoods which was a lot harder to achieve in the 90's.

He graced the catwalk for designers such as Nicole Farhi, Acquascutum and London Fog. He also shot a catalogue campaign for Emporio Armani.

Roger had the pleasure to work with the late great whorl famous Royal photographer Norman Parkinson, as well as many top photographers such as Martin Brading, John Swannel and Tony McGee. You may recognise his face as he was a regular in the Clothes Show TV show and magazine.

Some of the dance fashion shows he did were for companies such as Adidas, Converse and Principals. Roger also did shoots for other companies the likes of Levi's, Marks and Spencers and Empire stores to name but a few.

During every shoot Roger kept his dream for breaking into the music industry alive… 'I used to sing on every shoot which kept me going and everyone entertained' he commented with a laugh…
